Store will refuse to exchange broken / faulty products they sell you and will instruct you to contact the companies directly. While this can be understood in some circumstances, as a blanket policy, it is incredibly anti-consumer. I was refused an exchange on a faulty barely used vape, and now have to endure what will likely be a series of painful emails with a company that will take weeks to rectify the issue. Will not be going again.

Yea very friendly staff. I didn't get names but the man and women working at 2:30 may 27. Between both staff members customer service Great. Prolly the best first impression of a dispensary I've experienced. Even got a free pack of matches. I will absolutely shop here again when I'm in the area!

Constantly never have what their inventory online shows whether pembroke or petawawa shop. I gave them many chances but as someone who worked retail and did inventory before this is inexcusable. Back to going to the Reserve and saving money in the long run.
