I can't say enough about this shop. I've had tenders try to sell me garbage at other shops because they are asked to. I have never had a dishonest experience with anyone who works there. They always greet me by name. They leave personal notes in my orders showing appreciation for my business. The owner (if there) will always come out to greet me with a smile and a fist bump. All around great bunch of folk running a locally owned and operated Canadian business. I have been going there since I found the place and they always stock extra of the products I buy so they have never been sold out. Ever. Keep it up guys! I'll keep coming back and I tell anyone who will listen about you! They are easy to miss if you're going to quick… but the shop is south end on Gordon. Worth a visit, it may become your favourite shop as well. Cheers! 🙏

I've been coming to J Supply for I truly don't even know how long. When you think of a caring and high end shop J Supply is a go to. Anytime I go in I feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated. You can tell the employees have a passion and an enjoyment for working here. I can't compliment one person because they all truly deserve special recognition. I have such complications that I always feel nervous going into shops worried that I'm going to be the difficult customer of the day. Each one of the employees here makes me feel the opposite. No matter how ridiculous or complicated my question they always take ample time to help me answer the question, find the best option and educate me so I know more for the future. When I need in-depth help I know I can trust J Supply.

A product I've been buying there is harder to get. Instead of letting me know why (and that I'd need to change products) staff promised me it would be coming in, up sold me much more expensive alternatives and gave the bare minimum of customer service. And then tried to do it again in the same week. Another local retailer took three minutes to research the problem (it's no longer being sold in ontario) and found a comparable product in my price range. I'm their customer now.
