Amazing service from Alicia (Sorry if this name is spelled differently) 🤔 I came into the shop with few options of what I wanted and left with almost $170 worth of options,lol. Alicia definitely knows her product and also schooled this guy on vapes and terpins. For most of my pot years, it's been looking for the highest %, and now I also need to look for high % in terpins too. 🤯🥳 This place is a hidden gem on Google Maps for some reason. I hope they fix it so you can see by scrolling in and not just knowing the name. Some people forget names but not places. That was me today 😅, good thing I kept the receipt.🤫 The store is very neat and clean, customer service was 110%, and I've been to a handful of weed shops, so that was impressive 👏. Not knocking others, Alicia just did well multitasking customers while helping me with her expert advice in most products but specifically vapes. The atmosphere was definitely chill and welcoming. My only gripe is that they should post the THC/TERPIN percentages in big bold letters with the product name beside the products instead of all on 1 paper for you to find. It would definitely help people like me find the products i want faster, knowing from looking at the displays. %+INFO Other than that small thing, this place was great, and I don't often drop that much in 1 place at 1 time. I've been coming here for over a year, the customer service is good, except their prices are high. I've been ripped off for a 3.5g for $53 and I went home with maybe 2.5g's and it wasn't worth it. The manager Alexia said it would be a great deal and she's glad I went with my choice. I am not! Since then I will not purchase from Growers Retail on 50 Westmount Rd anymore, and they also don't do royalty points or anything. Huge bummer for the amount of money I've spent over the year and a half.

Wonderful staff, thorough knowledge and great product. Their gummies are one of the only things that help me sleep without side effects. Learning about CBG and CBN for morning and night was a game changer, and the 30 pack blackberry Lavender is delicious, economy priced, and a great texture.
