The store is always clean!! When you walk in the employees always great you. They are knowledgeable with any questions. They always seemed to be well stocked.
Im a frequent flyer in Thamesford, and today I went to ingersoll store. Grazyna served me and she is always wonderful, I was so happy to see her at the Ingersoll store today! Great customers service she gave me a run through of where everything was located! Great job!

Holly and Grace are usually the ones to help me out. They always take their time to help me find exactly what I want or recommend new products! They are very knowledgeable but also so friendly. I love my small town and how friendly everyone is, and this store definitely matches the friendly small town vibes!!
Its clean, everything is displayed to view it before purchase, and they have a huge variety of stuff. Plus they just redid the parking lot in concrete, so parking has never been easier honestly. Great place.
