Visited Highlife Finch again and was once more impressed by the outstanding service! Jeetu stood out with her in-depth knowledge and genuine approach. She took the time to explain various products without rushing, making the whole experience comfortable and informative. Her friendly vibe and professional attitude made a lasting impression. It's always a pleasure being helped by someone who truly cares. Looking forward to my next visit!
I usually have good experiences at HighLife, but today I had an unfortunate interaction with one of the staff members that I feel needs to be addressed.
I politely asked about a particular gummy product that I've inquired about on previous visits. Every time, the same staff member told me it wasn't available. Today, when I asked again, he responded with a surprisingly rough and dismissive attitude, even though I spoke to him in a calm and respectful tone.
Moments later, another staff member stepped in and was able to provide me with the exact product I had been asking for – which clearly shows it was available all along. I was quite surprised, and when I gently suggested that a smile goes a long way, I was met with more attitude instead of professionalism.
I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect, and I expect the same in return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Coming Back
I used to be a regular customer at this place, but after my recent experience, I can confidently say I will never return. Over time, I noticed a steep decline in customer service, but the last visit was the final straw.
One of the employees (not sure if they were having a bad day or if this is just how they treat people now) was unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. No greeting, no eye contact, just attitude from the moment I walked in. When I asked a simple question, they responded with a sarcastic tone and a roll of the eyes like I was bothering them just by being there. I've never felt so disrespected as a paying customer.
The worst part? This wasn't an isolated incident. I've started noticing a general lack of professionalism from the staff. It feels like they just don't care anymore. No effort, no courtesy, no accountability. It's honestly shocking how far downhill this place has gone.
Not only has the customer service become atrocious, but the overall atmosphere has become tense and unwelcoming. You walk in and feel like you're doing them a favor just by showing up. That's not how any business should make their customers feel.
It's a real shame because I used to enjoy coming here. But being treated like garbage by staff who clearly don't want to be there? No thanks. I'll take my business (and money) somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Don't waste your time or money here. Used to be a great location to pop in and out of but new hires/management are absolute garbage. Clearly inept in what they're doing, don't know anything about their OWN inventory, and will make YOU responsible for their mistakes lol. Go to Ashario down the street.
