Poor experience with the staff closing tonight, not the first time either.
Gave me attitude about coming in at 9:45 and also gave me attitude about payment in a previous experience.
I didn't care about the first instance, although this second occasion is a problem.
He didn't greet me, didn't ask or receive my wishes. He asked me to speak up and repeat myself… he mentions he blasts the music when the stores closing, but I can't have a conversation with me beside him.
The trap and rap is too loud to hear he's voice and I have to repeat myself continuously to have my needs meet.
This is my favorite and best dispo around near me, I hope this staff member treats me with respect and kindness. proper attention and attitude would be appreciated next time .

Whoever had the BRILLIANT idea of being both dramatically understocked (almost no sativa options at all) and having a single untrained staff member on 4/20 should be applauded for being able to function while still having a single digit IQ
What can I say about Greenhouse cannabis. Since New Management and a brand new salesforce, what was once my favorite dispensary, surprisingly has exceeded expectations with the new team. One thing I can say about this new team is that it seems that they enjoy their job and take pleasure in educating customers, especially new customers or pick you ones like myself to exactly what they're looking for with wonderful accuracy. The manager is an absolute treasure. He's great to me and my parents and clearly his training is working. The three girls he is hired are absolutely incredible.
I purchased an item and did not open it. I brought back the item because I bought 2 of the same. I did not like the first one so the second one I wanted to exchange it. They would not exchange it for me.
Great knowledgeable staff, great products, great prices! Will definitely be back.
