Tried explaining what I was looking for, maybe if they had anything similar — got cut off with, "I don't care about none of that." Super rude and not welcoming at all. Place is wack — wouldn't recommend. Brandon probably burnt out from working here.
This place never disappoints, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Even the music they play is so fun. Kaeleigh helped me out finding the best product "Strawberry Amnesia" literal game changer if you get easily paranoid or anxious. She was so knowledgeable and funny. Bonus points for the green Nirvana shirt:) I shall see you guys soon
Been there several times (Yonge store), so far bought edible gummies, oil (in softgels), vape carts and battery. Small store but charming and nicely decorated; decent variety of products and decent prices. People are friendly and helpful.
Had a potential pricing issue recently when i bought a vape cart. Gentleman helping me said he was giving me a discount at the point of purchase. When I got home I noticed on the receipt that neither the listed price nor the discounted price matched the website price.
I sent a message through the website for clarification. He called back a couple days later to try to explain. Apparently, the website showed the new price (drop). The scan of the product didn't reflect the price drop so that was why he gave me the discount to get the price as close to the website price as possible. Not too surprising that a store is moving slightly older product.

Recently visited your location for the first time when I was in Toronto for the avril concert. I will not be returning. Both days I went, staff could not have cared any less if they helped us or not. Monday(after 3pm), he at least talked to us once he finally said to come in (annoyed we waited at rope like we are supposed to) and Tuesdays (morning staff) seemed rather annoyed that we interrupted his conversation and was very rude with a simple transaction request. As someone who is a budtender, I was surprised that was the treatment a customer got. Please, retrain your staff in customer service because, it ruins your whole experience when the person behind the counter acts like that.
Brandon is so knowledgeable and has a great presence! He was able to make great suggestions for me and give direction and recommendations on how to use my purchase. Super cool vibes in the store and loved the popcorn!
