Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Called the store to inquire about CBD products needed for an injury. The staff was very helpful in helping me find the right products I needed. Placed an order as a first time customer and the manager called me directly himself to go over how their delivery system works and how I'd be able to track my order. My order was delivered in a timely manner and the delivery driver John was incredibly friendly and attentive. And their products - amazing! Overall 5 star service. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.
I'm not 100% convinced the reviews saying "the prices are good" are real.
The prices are at minimum 20% more then anywhere else. In some cases 30%-40% more.
The store is nice, it has a selection.
The staff is top notch. The "reward program" is garbage……
Just try and buy something with the "rewards" you will very quickly see that there's no value to the rewards program.
Slowest customer service ever. They spend like 10+ minutes with each customer. The short guy in there walks like a snail. And they want to have small talk with each customer. Do better

Good products and staff are friendly and helpful. Also tried their home delivery service and it was great.
