It is NOT ok to be high on the job. Employees at bars or the LCBO don't show up drunk. I came to the front door and had two women who I thought were customers enjoying their product push past me to then man their stations reeking of weed. Out of respect for your establishment and the customers who frequent it, keep your employees sober.
Wow Glenn, great offer on giving unsolicited advice... Except I've been smoking much longer than you've been gawking your overpriced herbs so yes I know about different strains of weed. Second, you realize I have no idea what strain they are smoking and YOU DON'T EITHER; you assume your employees are saints only smoking the "medicinal" stuff but you can't know that and it still gives off an extremely unprofessional appearance.
P.S Your invitation to... Settle this in person? Very creepy.
Gather & Grow is a fantastic addition to the village of Richmond. Well stocked, bright, and tidy. Glen is a class act, and the staff are bubbly and friendly. The monthly in-store acoustic open mic is a great time.

I can't say enough about the staff at gather and grow, they are the friendliest and knowledgeable people, always greet you with a warm friendly smile and answer all my questions on products and make excellent recommendations based on my needs. I would stay and visit all day with them if I didn't have a job to go to!! Keep up the great work G&G!!
