Prices are 4-5$ more per item than the other store around the corner. Personally I don't care if they're a local business - I don't like getting gouged. When you are stocking up on an order that 4 to 5 dollars per item adds up. Selection is about the same as anywhere else. I absolutely hate how their list of stock is not sorted by type (I, S, or H) and potency. Yeah yeah, potency isn't important, blah blah blah. Say that again after smoking some dirt shake. Store is clean, staff is ok. The staff at the other store around the corner is way friendlier and helpful. When I need something explained, they don't talk down to me at the other store. We can have an actual conversation, and I can learn instead of feeling like they're being condescending. Despite how good at business you think you are, how good you are to your employees, your community involvement, a customers perception supersedes everything! A lot of customers here are complaining about the prices. Wake up!

Doesn't answer their phones! Or answers just to put you on hold and hang up. Just called 4 times and they ended up picking up to just put the phone off the line I guess so it would stop ringing - but I could hear people just having a conversation and going about business until I had to hang myself up ...

Used to be good, but now everything in this store costs less literally anywhere else, including the stores in Clifton Hill now. How is that even possible? Really all they need is to learn 2 words: Price match. Hopefully someday they'll be smart enough. Serious any review on here claiming these are good prices is either lying to raise the stars, or has never been in another store in Niagara region. Lol 10 dollar overcharge on Shred, unless you buy 2 packs then its only a 5 dollar overcharge. Edit for owner: Sorry I won't be emailing you, I been buying from your store almost 3years (if you remember i gave you guys 4 stars back then) feels pretty unkind when every store I walk into is now beating you on price. As a proud part of our lovely community I don't see why you would have a problem sharing the reasons for overpricing your items on here for all to see. Besides there is not much for me to say aside from: "Your prices are too high." You can make excuses about why or you can do something about it, so that my review is no longer valid. Nuff said.
