I hate getting harassed at the door for my ID I am 45 years old I should not be asked for ID when I clearly look old. Not many choices in drink and staff is not the friendliest either ill drive down montreal rd to Wavy.

Went in the other day looking for what I wanted . Apparently manager is lazy and won't upload SKU numbers for product even tho they had what I wanted. Did I mention mask pull down for ID check . Very unprofessional . Sad Laziness is defined by someone not doing job. Your policy on mask is garbage. Funny how you changed your reply to make yourself look better.

Regretfully won't be supporting Collective Growers any longer. Was sold a defective cartridge, their employe was kind enough to point out the defect in the product they sold me. When asked for a refund or exchange I'm directed to the 1-800 number on the back of the product with a "maybe they'll do something for you". There are many dispensaries in this city who stand by their products and customers Collective Growers does not.
