Chrontact is a hybrid of “Chronic” (which is a popular slang word for potent Cannabis) and “Contact”. Essentially, your contact for chronic. We strive to be the first point of contact for all your cannabis needs.

When you used to grab some weed from your old legacy market “Chrontact”, there was a personal connection, and a level of trust. You could rely on your Chrontact to know your personal taste, and highly recommended that new FIRE (Quads) that they just picked up. But more importantly, you knew you weren’t just a number… you were Budz.

Chrontact Cannabis is one of the few independently owned and operated cannabis retail storefronts in a sea of corporations in Ontario, and is the brainchild of Daniel Telio and Darryl Campbell.

Great service from the staff. Good selection. Prices are about the same as everywhere. Biggest issue is it's sooooo slow. Beyond slow. From the gate holding you up, to each transaction taking ten minutes on their iPads. If you go in and there's a couple of people already there, you're looking at a good half hour. The last thing you need. If you want fast service, this isn't the place.

You can't replace nor return items in this store after spending more than 2000$ they refused to replace a non working cartridge for 30$ the worst customer service. Don't buy from here , without mentioning the protocol at the entrance where they make you wait even if it's empty based on how you look .

Edit: If anything this place has improved. It my absolute go to now. Find what your looking for, meet great people who know their products and are happy to help. Great service, great selection, useful advice for new experiences, And They Deliver! If you have an account, it will remember what you last ordered making it much easier to keep track of what works and what doesn't. They also throw a pretty fun party from time to time.

Best place to get good stuff and best service. Its our first stop in ottawa and they got us a gift a hat and a key ring i would have given a 10 stars if i could those guys were awesome
