Bought 2 pens. 1 was faulty, my battery told me "atomizer short" and when I unscrewed it to check it out the coil wasn't even in properly, it came right out. When I came back into the store to let them know they sold me a faulty product and asked about a refund. They told me "we don't accept returns that aren't in original packaging". How exactly am I supposed to know something is faulty if I leave it in the vacuum sealed bag? That's what I asked them and they said "it's the ocs rules given to us" but when I asked them why every other dispensary in town will replace ANYTHING they sell to you if it's not right. They said "well that's up to them. OUR policy is it has to be unopened in original packaging" then proceeded to tell me to take it up with backforty. Garbage service.
