Great Store! The bud tenders are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
My fav is Chelsea! This lady has the best personality! She's always smiling and greets you by name. She freely shares information about the strains and has the best " You gotta try this!" She's never steered me wrong yet!
And when you leave, I'll tell you, you'll remember her at some point and then smile, and you return hoping she's in that day! ;)
Update: Chelsea is no longer there. Good for her! The manager at this store isn't friendly, is really cheap and I swear he's sold me on occasion a previously opened product replaced with home grown crap! I called him out on it and they give an excuse to contact the vendor. Check the seal on your product people, make sure it hasn't been reglued or the seal pops off on opening the lid. I'd go to The Woods or anywhere else to get better quality and price!
I usually come there late before closing. The guy working there is super nice and even gives me some discounts sometimes! I left a bad review here years ago when the staff was completely different. Now I love this place. Sometimes all you need is some tiger blood lol.
Their delivery is horrible.
They said deliver window is 7pm to 8:30pm, but never showed up, no text message, all the way until their closing time. When I checked my order, it just disappeared😳you guys were great over the counter but delivery sucks
Great place for great quality bud at great prices and a variety of THC/CBD selections.
The staff are awesome! The 2 that stood out and have been so helpful every time I come in are Brenden and Camila. They have such a great vibe and energy and already know what I need and are always recommending other items for great deals.
Highly recommend this location!

I am editing my review from 2 stars to 4.
I can't give 5 because of the delivery however;
I have been pleasantly surprised to see that there are some good employees working here that are kind and patient. The energy is good and they have decent knowledge.
For a time the only employee that was ever here was Chelsea and she was carrying the store. I really can't say enough good things about Chelsea.
Today I went and was helped by Camilla and Brendon(sp?) and had a lovely experience.
So much so that I wanted to chnge my review.
These 3 employees should get a raise; honestly.

Long time customer since the original owners opened this store. They used to have the best delivery around and knowledgeable staff.
Since they had a change of ownership, the delivery windows are becoming smaller and less frequent.
[The customer service is non existent and staff are just rude.] This is no longer true. They have hired associates who have customer service skills and knowledge.
I will not be ordering from CannaEra again :(
