Been coming here for years this is the third time I have buy a pre roll with nothing inside. First two time I didn't complain
But this time I bought a infused pre roll
I was about to smoke it after a long day of work and pain try to called the but no one's was answering the phones finally got someone they told me I have to call the company

Great dispensary! I was by earlier this week after a long time and was so happy I revisted. I don't smoke much anymore but I do love the huge variety of drinks, topicals and other smoking substitutes they offer.. I was not issued the receipt with my name and card number on it like I usually receive with my order.
When I called to inquire about this I was told by the representative my receipt was tossed.
Why would my receipt be tossed when the driver has to confirm the card number and name on government issued ID?
This receipt has my personal information on it including my card number.
I have purchased from this shop many times, but something does not seem right here.
