In my recent visit to the store on April 10, 2024, at 7:30 pm, I encountered an unfortunate incident that left me quite DISSAPOINTED with the LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE provided. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was taken aback by the lack of a coherent customer system in place. Upon arrival, I was approached aggressively by a staff member who demanded my ID simply because I was browsing on a tablet. What puzzled me further was the inconsistency in enforcing this policy, as other customers were not subjected to the same treatment. Despite explaining my longstanding relationship with the store and the fact that they already had my phone with my name on their sistems, and when I tried to show a pic of my ID, I was met with resistance in accessing basic services. Even after returning with my ID to clarify the situation, I was met with further accusations and insinuations of aggression, which only served to exacerbate the situation. While I acknowledge that every establishment may have its strengths and weaknesses, this experience has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, especially when attempting to cooperate in resolving issues. Unfortunately, this incident has made me reconsider my future patronage of the store.

Disappointing « service ». Pen battery literally crumbled with one use. One. Returned with receipt within 48 hours and nothing done. No return of money just upsold. Not cool buds.

Checked this store out about 3 months ago and haven't gone elsewhere since. The selection is great and staff is friendly and helpful, but most of all the prices .. I paid $150.00 in the competition store I got the same product in Buzzed Buds for $30.00 cheaper . Definitely worth checking out 👍

I don't normally boycott places (especially dispensaries), but today I was extremely frustrated and asked them to cancel my account. I am going to Flower Town Cannabis from now on. For some context, I have an account with them and have lived in the area for almost a year now, and I have accumulated around 200pts through their membership program. After ordering online today I went in to pick up my order but forgot my wallet. They would not let me pick up my order without my ID (understandable), but I am in their system and have ordered and picked up multiple times and accumulated points. As I tried to point this out to them they told me their system doesn't verify my age, and told me I look younger than them (I am 31 years old, and they all look like 20 year olds). I had to call my fiance to come with my ID just to get them to sell me my order. I understand needing to check ID, but if I'm in your system, have ordered multiple times (usually roughly $100+ worth), logic would tell you that I'm of age (duh). Appalling customer service. I felt extremely insulted and will be taking my money elsewhere. Treat your customers better.
