Max at the Sarnia and Hyde Park location was very helpful. Provided amazing customer service and a few really good strains to try for future dates 10 out of 10 experience will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service, always friendly, knowledgeable, and constant great recommendations. Even replaced a product that was damaged/tainted on the inside. However, for the first time in ~3 years I am a little sad as I was excited to come to the store (although my fault) at 10:55pm on a Sunday and the doors were already closed/locked. I come to the store already knowing what I want and my payment ready to go so the transaction would've occurred in less than 5 minutes. Will still come back in the future but just am a little bummed out tonight :(

Free delivery could be more convenient but it's free and you get it same day so whatever
