I had an excellent experience at Cannabis Cupboard! The store has a great selection of products and a welcoming atmosphere. What really made my visit stand out was the incredible customer service from Bret and Taylor. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Bret took the time to explain different strains and their effects, which made me feel confident in my choices. Taylor was also very attentive and offered great recommendations based on my preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this store — thanks to Bret and Taylor for making my visit so enjoyable! I'll definitely be returning soon.

I came in the other day with a bunch of questions and not really sure where to look. I was quite overwhelmed. Thankfully the gentleman who was working, Taylor, was eager to help me out. He was so knowledgeable about the products, gave me so many suggestions and most of all was very patient! I came in overwhelmed but Taylor really turned it around. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The second time I've been charged TWICE for the same transaction. I called to chat about why this happened AGAIN and the "owner" was so rude and yelled at me telling Me it's my own problem and there's nothing he can do. He's stealing peoples money and doesn't seem to think it's his problem. Used to be a regular there and will never go back. I suggest you all avoid it unless you want to be robbed !

Purchased defective 510 cartridge, called the store said that I would have to email the brand that manufactured from. Understandable but the lack of care for a defective product or to even attempt to help other then hand it off to someone else will ensure I don't bother to shop there again.
