The staff was friendly, however the bag of naked mummer I purchased stinks of mildew and tastes even worse. I called to see about an exchange, they returned my call but told me that there's nothing they can do, unless its visablly mouldy no returns or exchanges are possible. They also tried to tell me that it was the terpins that tasted like that. Im in my mid 40s ive been smoking pot for 30 yrs. I know the difference between mould and terpins. What kind of store doesn't exchange a bad product. If I bought bad fruit, it would be exchanged, if a case of beer is bad, it gets replaced. I can even have a restaurant open a 300 bottle of wine, if it tastes off, I dont pay for it and another is opened. A neighborhood dealer would do better. Essentially I just wasted 80.00. I should have gone to the res and got a better product, thats half the price. Our pot industry has a long way to go, if they want to compete with the black market. Bad company policy. I'm an unsatisfied customer and they are unwilling to satisfy my complaint. I used to only shop at the cannabist Chain of stores , no longer will I do that.

Jay stewart has sadly has a bad reputation for threatening guys Outside work and one can only reasonably assume inside superficially saying he will call police. Very shocking as many pp i know . Know him but I think his after work hobbies may have blurred the lines the way he was talking about the operation and management was sadly taking brunt if his abuse. Sorry for the review I felt i had to express me and several others who will be commenting similar if they haven't I will ask because he continues to act accordingly very sorry again for the review :( get the hell ya need jay
