I get greeted by a wonderful lady named Shelly! She was so nice to me even when she asked for my ID I didn't feel like it was a burden. When it was finally time to check out I asked Shelly for some recommendations on different products. She told me without a problem some products that She thought I would like I chose one of them and the product that she had recommended was exquisite.
I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!!!
Very nice employee's who are very helpful giving insights into their products. Another note is how great the place looks!! Halloween decorations everywhere, love it!! Never seen any cannabis store go all out for any holidays. 10/10 experience
I visited Alpha Cannabis about 2 & a half weeks ago when I was in need of a vape cartridge. I went in roughly 30 minutes before close and was met with one of the nicest ladies I've ever come across in a Cannabis Shop. I cannot remember her name, but she was average height, brown hair & likes wrestling! And I believe glasses.
She was thoughtful and was helping 2 men before me and I could hear her giving them very useful information and explaining the differences between joints, blunts etc. When it was my turn she was extra helpful because it was my first time there and explained their delivery options (to Richmond Hill). I also ended up getting a 5 cent joint because I signed up for a membership
Overall, the store was clean, tidy and nice. Prices are displayed and the selection is great. Alpha carries the Saturday brand, which I love! I will definitely be visiting Alpha Cannabis when I'm in the Richmond Hill area.

As a new customer I was met by knowledgeable & enthusiastic staff who guided me through some new product selections. They were right on the mark with their recommendations! Much appreciated. The only annoying experience is customers have to ring the doorbell to gain entry. Not sure why that is as other cannabis stores in Aurora don't have this barrier to entry. That aside, once inside, the customer service experience is worth the wait.
