I was ripped off $50.00 at THE JOINT, St. Mary's Road, in
Winnipeg. Stay away from this retail outlet for your marijuana needs. I use it medically as I have permanent nerve damage my left torso which is very painful (caused by shingles) which meds alone don't work. I thought by buying Legal cannabis would be safe but I was WRONG. The Joint St. Mary's are lying thieves,. The woman in FINANCIAL wouldn't even give her first name!! Big red flag. Beware, customers. I won't buy here ever again. It's not about 50 bucks, it's about trusting the people who sell. I will be bringing this to the top brass's attention as well as the "Marketplace" show and the the official government in charge.

I had an excellent experience at Joint Cannabis with Vivek. He was professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products, taking the time to provide clear guidance and recommendations. His customer service made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I called in asking if they knew what the build a bongs were so that I can ask if they have those plastic clips that hold the bong together, the " manager " keeps telling they don't sell build a bongs then when I asked if he knew about it how the come with those clips to see if I can buy just the clips, he hangs up on me …. When I called back he asked why I'm challenging his knowledge… is this how THE JOINT deals with customers !!! The joint used to be owed by people who actually knew their stuff what the hell is going on. This makes me not give them any of my money
Honestly, I don't know what is going on with this store anymore, I believe the management has changed. I used to love this location! It had good service, good selection and wonderful employees. I'm sad to say it's no longer the case. The workers don't seem to be properly trained, and seriously lack customer service. Seems like all the good ones went to work at the liquor mart. *on a side note, the store had an absolutely disgusting smell to it. I had to hold my breath the entire time to try and control the gagging. (It has never smelt like this before)
