I spent the last couple months shopping here both service and products where excellent. except for one employee that has given service with a bad attitude and has raised his voice on more than one occasion which has pushed a button that i regret walking out of the store letting them push.

Closed. And rude. Edit: to clarify, I arrived 3 minutes before closing, they locked the door as soon as they saw me walk up, I called the establishment and they just said that I don't know the time and they close when their computer says it's 6. Weird that you didn't mention at the time that you had an emergency but took your precious time telling me I don't know the time and to find my friends. Weird but thanks for the month later comment with the fake sob story

They randomly close without notice. They will put a sign on their door say sorry we're closed, and not announce it on their social media or anywhere else. Extremely unprofessional and it happens alot.

I came here yesterday and told the guy I was looking for a sativa vape cartridge and he was so unhelpful and sassy and was like well where's your ID?? And when I gave it to him he stared and me so I assumed he didn't hear what I said so I repeated myself and he said in a sharp tone I don't know which one you want. I assumed he would tell me some of the popular ones which is normally what dispensary's in the city do since their options are on an animated screen and you can't see them all at once. I don't know what I did to strike a nerve with him but I was caught off guard by his attitude and left without getting anything. You would think being his age he would have at least 35 years of customer service under his belt and would know how to be nice to someone who just wanted to know what their selections were. I came back ten minutes later because I still wanted the cartridge (and kinda of needed it more after that interaction) and he was the NICEST guy in the world! So my advice for people checking this little spot out is go in, leave and come back a few minutes later, I think they only treat people good if they're familiar! 3 stars because the initial interaction was a 1 but the second was a 5 so we average at 3 because I don't like to be mean (unlike that old guy).
