Rise in Colwood corners is the best! The staff are kind and knowledgeable and non intimidating! I haven't caught her name but the blonde woman who always has the cutest skirts on is the nicest and alway so welcoming and kind! Thank you guys!

Great staff; very poor management demonstrated when they don't have a tip option. I'm not impressed! Tip should be added to debit machine. The knowledge the staff has should be rewarded. (I bet management will even respond to this trying to save face) they have failed at supporting their staff. I highly suggest that others who liked the staff knowledge to leave a 1 star review until the staff is compensated appropriately with a tip option. They couldn't even add it to the total! This is a cheap way of the management "$h!ting" in their employs. Good job management showing you care about your staff! Let see if you can step it up and demonstrate some respect for the Staff with tips. I will

Great staff. Great prices and selection. Terrible parking scheme. OMNI wants you to pay to shop that complex, and that is a huge red flag for simple shopping. This isn't a star against RISE, This is a star against OMNI for being greedy pigs.
