I had a very unpleasant experience at this dispensary. I came in with over $200 cash in hand, ready to spend, and was simply trying to maximize my purchase. After my first transaction left me with some remaining funds, I asked if I could adjust my order slightly to make the most of it.
Instead of being treated with patience, the staff member (a man with glasses and a short buzz cut) suddenly told me "get out, get out, get out." I was respectful the entire time, just a little indecisive as I tried to finalize my order. He pointed to the line behind me as if I was somehow harming their business just by taking a moment.
When I left, I explained the situation to another staff member outside, but he told me I could not come back in and had to respect his coworker's decision.
I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, emotional regulation, and basic customer service. All I wanted to do was make a large purchase and support the business, but instead I was treated rudely and shown the door.
There are many dispensaries in the city — I suggest finding one that actually values customers and treats them with respect.

First and very last time! The guy was so rude I just went there and I tried to ask about some products and he literally shut me up when he saw another customer coming. He didn't want to help me at all. The worst thing is that he had an attitude after me and my buddy started speaking in Spanish to each other. Sad because it was a nice place!
Update: Denied service over this review.
Returned weeks later to buy a single cartridge — was denied service because of the original review. Budtender Enzo accused me of being "rude" for calling out the poor service last time. I explained I wasn't trying to be disrespectful, just honest — and that I came back only because this shop is the only one nearby carrying Wildcard carts. Despite calmly explaining my side and waiting patiently, he refused to serve me again.
This is where it gets serious.
In front of roughly 20 customers, both staff members actively ignored me, passed me over, and allowed others to cut in line — while I stood quietly at the counter. No one intervened. I captured the entire incident on video: clear footage of Enzo refusing service over a legitimate review, without provocation or misconduct on my part.
If this is how Canna Cabana treats customers who hold them accountable, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere. The original review was posted in good faith. Today's experience? Public shaming, again — and this time, recorded.
I'll be escalating this to Canna Cabana head office and pursuing media attention. This goes beyond bad service — it's targeted retaliation, and I won't stay quiet about it.
Great vibe, helpful staff and solid prices. I've noticed they have one of the best member deals I've seen. I walked in for a pre roll and got a bunch of good stuff 😂
They have a crazy variety of strains and I just love the Animal Face you get here. Crazy stuff *cough cough* hahaha. Also shoutout to the store manager Shaun and the cheery staff who supported me in my decision to get a dab rig and recommended a great rosin to try 🙌🏼

Enzo was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He guided me through the options with ease and gave great recommendations. You can tell he's passionate and takes pride in his work.
The store is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. The decor is on point, and the whole team was friendly and approachable.
Highly recommend if you're in Olympic Village awesome staff, great atmosphere, and a solid experience
