The delivery service is great. Good Flower variety need better edibles like from old school medicinal compassion centres, don't give me potency concerns when booze kills more than any drug and alcohol is the only drug where the withdrawal can kill you. Stronger edibles.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. If you happen to miss the delivery and your order is sent back to the sender, good luck getting that order resolved. The customer service hotline says wait times are ten minutes and I've spent over 45 minutes on hold with no answer. With online chat service I've been waiting 20 minutes for an agent to respond and still nothing.

Do not order from this company! My order was "returned to sender" on January 29th, it is now February 15th and I have not received a refund or an update as to when that will be issued. It is a struggle to get ahold of anyone from the company and the information they provide is inconsistent at best. Worst experience I have ever had with a cannabis company. I ended up going to One Plant in Kensington Market to get the product I needed.

Returns process is inconsistent at best. Their on line ordering system allows you to enter invalid information. Which works for deliveries sometimes but, not other times. Drivers are consistently late. Staff has no idea what's actually happening with orders when you call. They told me I was receiving a refund. I received my package 5 days late instead.
