Had to update my review based on my last experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Prices are way more than cana cabana just up the road and the guy working gave me attitude. Walk the extra five minutes or drive the extra 1 minute to better deals and customer service. 0 out of 5

I recently went in to purchase a bowl for my bong. I went in and told the lady I needed a standard size bowl and she told me they had 2 left I could choose from. I purchased one with cash and received it in a little box. When I got home I realized the bowl was too large for my bong. I then called the shop and explained I had just been in and bought a bowl with cash and the gentleman on the phone said I could come in for a refund and that would be fine. Once I got back he then told me that they did not do refunds on cash but i could have a 30-day voucher. This was not told to me before I purchased and they have no sign posted saying this. I told him I purchased the bowl as she told me it was standard size and he said "we expect our customers to know what fits their bong" except I told the lady I need a standard size and she gave me a 19mm and working at the cannabis shop she should know that is far too large to be standard. I then was frustrated and told him they should inform clients of these refund rules before they purchased but he insisted I should've been the one to notice it was large. If I ask for a standard size the person at the shop definitely needs to be knowledgeable enough to know what's what. I then was very frustrated as this is an incredibly rude way to treat customers so I cussed and asked for a voucher. He then told me he would not give me a voucher even though his behaviour towards me first was very demeaning. What if I had just started smoking and ..
