Spiritleaf Kelowna always takes care of my cannabis needs. The staff are both welcoming and informative whenever I shop, being sure to take the time to help me find something that will deliver on my expected experiences. They have a large menu size with great prices as well as regular sales so I know there is always something for me to explore. I also like how they are close to the Downtown area while avoiding the common issues of downtown traffic or parking, making the store a very stress-free experience from start to finish.

Staff are fantastic but the last few strains I've bought from there have given me huge headaches. I smoke blue Uganda but what they are selling as that is nothing compared to the strain I've purchased for years. Unfortunately I will be avoiding their products

The staff is really great here. They have lots of knowledge on the products and provide great customer service. I see them come to where I work from time to time and it's always a pleasant experience on my end and theirs. We dare in the same complex after all. Lol

Stopped by after work to grab some flower and forgot my ID at the counter, I was slightly annoyed I had to grab it since I'm a regular there for years now since its close by where I live and I've never had an issue. I went to grab it and I noticed that they were new so I tried to mention that I was a regular and I don't typically get ID'd (been ID'd several times - not the issue). I'm all for the store policies and not serving anyone underage but to tell a customer to "go somewhere else" after they complied (ID was checked) was shockingly rude and very disrespectful. Very disappointed by the staff and I WILL NOT be going back to that store due to this experience.

Love this store!! Great products and love love the customer service!! Nicole, Mariah, Marissa , Jericho, and the lovely new girl (sorry forgot her name) as we only met once so far! Tarik and Gary. Very helpful with suggestions and checking packaging dates for me! It's so wonderful to be greeted by name in person & on ordering in advance. Always have a smile on their faces. You Even put up with my senior Mom who comes in & drops a joke or two!! lol!! Thanks for the great service and products. Keep up the fresh herb and keep up the great stock.
