Very bad experience . Rude staff . Have no refund or exchange policy . Useless stuff but the staff is good other than Lisa. She don't know how to talk to customers. Must learn to respect people and assist them properly. They lost my buisness today.

I was a customer from almost 6 months but today I went there to show them that the refil I bought for my dab pen is leaking . I just bought it 2 days ago . I had the receipt and package. If you go in most of the cannabis stores with this issue they will refund or exchange it immediately but the girl Lisa over there was dumb enough to say I can't do anything .you can call the company. You can go to any other place miss Jones, cannabis cupboard or any other store they will remain polite and do refund right away. Rude behavior . One star for customer service . Never going back again 👎.
