Disappointing to say the least... Staff is great to deal with always friendly and welcoming but quality has been on the decline. Just purchased a new strain I haven't tried before and when I tore the the bag seal open I found a Ziploc bag packed inside the packaging... It also doesn't smell like bud but more like someone sprayed PineSol on it as it has a cleaning product chemical smell to it. Shame I won't be shopping here anymore for bud..

Ordered a 3 pack pre-roll, opened it at home and only received 1.. when I went to get an exchange they gave me a hard time about it.. bad experience, used to like the store now I feel the budtenders are just peddlers who don't care about good customer service.

Just a terrible experience since the takeover. *BUDTENDERS ARE AWESOME* however its difficult for them to sell me product as i cant see in the sample jars anymore and they no longer stock a lot of my products. The hours are now random with days closed or opening at 3pm with no notice. Used to he part of the community but its obvious our money doesnt matter to the new owners. Will be heading else where after only going here for a coupe of years

I used to love shopping here, when they had an amazing collection of craft cannabis. They carried some high quality products, which are slowly disappearing from the menu. It's disheartening to see. Love the staff there too, hoping that their menu brings back some of the good stuff (e.g. Johnny Chronic). Update: I recently purchased infused rolls and I am epically disappointed in the quantity/size. Definitely not what it used to be. :(

They had people ordering that really knew what was great - they brought in volo, woody nelson, sheesh, and so many other amazing LPs pushing the quality boundaries in Canada. Now, I've been informed corporate has taken over and they order centrally and generically for all Spiritleaf locations equally. Their menu used to be 3+ pages for flower alone, now it's 1. All those interesting options? GONE. Replaced by multiple options from garbage green-rush, corporate LPs like Spinach, Tweed, and Pure Sunfarms. Gross. Their concentrate menu used to be minimum a full page and usually leading into two - now, there's literally 3 options. Gross. What an absolute shame.
