Horrendous service. The manager who worked tonight (Jan 20th) is a total crook. My sister specifically asked for an UNFLAVOURED disposable vape. She was given a vape that tasted like banana penicillin. I tried to return the vape and the "manager" said they were unable to return it because the product was open. I tried to explain that this situation was her fault as she recommended the product but she said that she was given "incorrect information" by the supplier. Tried asking for exchange but she refused saying it would be money out of the company's pocket. Was astounded by the greed. Obviously people who are willing to take zero accountability for their poor business practices. I called her a crook and tossed the trash on their floor while leaving. I think the mangers name was Hannah. Also, I checked the Spiritleaf website and it describes the Cookies disposable vape flavour as earthy, sweet, tropical, lime. Either the "manager" is a liar or incompetent and doesn't know her own companies menu. I think it's an even mix of both. Go here if you want uninformed/lazy service.
