Do not shop here ! Over inflated prices and their cutomer service is non existent. The guy who created me at the door had holes and stains on his shirt and asked for ID 4x before I got to the register obviously eager to use the power his minimum wage job gives him to refuse. Professionalism does not live here.

Hello. My name is Tony Pickering and on Feb 10 around 5:30 pm, I came into your shop to purchase an Indica product to relieve my pain from post cancer surgery and to keep my blood pressure down after donating my kidney to my son a couple of years ago. I came into your shop, as I have on a few occasions and I was never asked for I'd ( I'm 57 ) by your staff until this particular time. I told your 3 staff members I could not walk back home because of the pain I was in. They were reluctant not to serve me and became aggressive even though they could see I was in dis- comfort. Especially the salesperson who served me twice that week and never asked for my ID and never have been asked before. They were rude and abusive to me and I felt ashamed, and embarrassed from the people looking on the street. I was told we have to ask for ID ??????? I sit at the local coffee shop across from your shop and see homeless people going in or with mental health issues. Do staff ask them ALL the time ? I went to another shop half a block away. I asked the salesperson if he would like y ID. He said " no ,you seem old enough, without any insult " . How polite. I have emailed manager with no reply.

Just got sold a half ounce of shake purely off of recommendation and got refused a refund within an hour of purchase(by the same employee) because the sticker was ripped, I guess three years of loyalty mean nothing. Praying I don't spill on my carpeted floors as recovery will be impossible.
