I am new to the world of cannabis and still very much learning as I go. The folks at ERBN Green have been super patient with me as I ask millions of questions and have repeatedly recommended quality products targeted to my specific requests. I don't often post positive reviews but this shop really offers above-and-beyond service that deserves an honourable mention for sure. And holy variety!! They have something for everyone! They've even helped me make up gift bags for friends!! Make a point of checking it out!

Mostly good. A lot of the people working there are very knowledgable and friendly, but I've had bad service experiences with one worker I've been seeing in there more recently. She's rude and not helpful in the slightest. I usually don't have any issue with getting ID'd when buying weed because that's a reasonable safety precaution. What I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal or a nuisance after proving my identity and age. She stares at me the whole time I'm in the shop, doesn't acknowledge when I say "hello" or "thank you", and when I mentioned that I had come in the week before she said very defensively "I can't be expected to remember everyone who comes in here". Just bad vibes. When I was in the store last Wednesday evening, I found out they were out of stock on my regular order. I asked this worker if there was anything she'd recommend. She flat out said "no, we have nothing that you want" while shooting me mean looks. I honestly wouldn't mind if she was just a little grumpy or unfriendly, but at this point I felt like she was actively refusing service to me and was trying to get me out of the store. I got the memo that I wasn't welcome and left. I worked in retail for 5 years of my life, so I know how hard the service industry can be, but it feels like she's going out of her way to give me the worst customer service experience possible. I've never felt compelled to leave a poor review for any service worker except in this one case. Honestly, if ..

The person told me they were selling me a 5 pack then handed me a 3 pack. We had a detailed conversation about the price and they sold me the wrong thing. Only realized after i got home, not worth the trip back IMO. However, the staff blew it
