Prior to receiving our Retail Operator Licence in the recreational market, we operated a medical cannabis clinic and sold cannabis accessories. I only come here because Sean and Brandon are as real as people come. They are informative, respectful and treat everyone the same. I enjoy coming when they're working. I think they need more reps like them that can relate to all types of customers. Cannabis or not, this is still customer service so smiling, not looking miserable, and conversing with customers is still something people appreciate.
