Neen going to the Kingston rd location for some time now. Staff is always exceptional. However I've issues with product quality. I know hey don't make the product but they should be monitored better. Last night April 3 2025, i purchased 3.5 grams gas mask. Inopen the package and the smeel was like cat oiss. I removed product from package and ot was powder ot was so dry. Package date was July 2023. 2 years old!!!!! NOT COOL ONE PLANT !!!!!ALWAYS INSPECT PACAKGE BEFORE PAYING!!!

When it comes to ordering my favourite, which is Gnarberry, and you tell them to order enough because you order 14 grams per week, and when you arrive on a Friday or Saturday its already sold out. This has happened not once but over 5 or 6 times, in the past four months and when you express your disappointment, tell them to order more as its in demand none of the workers care (you get the "Its above my pay grade attitude") and now I am asking the person who orders be questioned or replaced as they are not meeting the needs of the customer. By the way when this happens, I am angry as I can't walk to the next dispensary and need to drive to the one at Harwood Plaza (it's not One Plant) But every time I go there they have it and the cost is less but its the inconvenience of having to travel why cant this be resolved.

The counts are perfect. The service is great. They keep track of what you bought so they can better help you, on your next purchase. The weed hits, like my adhd meds. They are chill with pets and I got to chill with a tripod dog! It's super clean, like hospital clean, not some dungie hole in the wall - The floors and rugs look mint. - I've seen more dust in a doctor's work area. It's chill. They have good replacement bowls, papes. Highly recommended.
