I have been going to this place for more than 2 years and loved the service and the enthusiasm of the team but will now never go again.
Last week my husband went to buy the items in my place as we we're preparing a trip. During the trip and while the cartridge was at least half full, it started not working properly and the concentrate when through the middle column and into my mouth. I had to remove it with the use of 70% rubbing alcohol because it was sticking all over my teeth.
He went back again today to exchange the cartridge as it was defective but was told he was trying to lie to get a new cartridge and that we smoked it all.
We have been steady clients of that location and we are extremely unhappy of the lack of trust they have in their clientele.
I do not recommend.

I don't know why they can't do shops like this in Quebec. So boring, no personality. Every time I'm in Toronto I make a point to check out the cannabis stores. This one caught my eye more than once and I finally had the time to pop in during opening hours. Everything was so aesthetic and cute. The pop art grocery store vibes just make you want to shop. The people working there were so sweet and would help you as much or as little as you liked. I asked for a couple recos and they had the perfect edibles I was looking for. Can't wait to go back.
Great variety of cannabis products and cannabis itself, recommend to grab a pre-roll and take a smoking walk to CN Tower.
