I went here for my first time after eating the greasiest fish n chips at Digby's. Kats and Mia, I think their names are, were very helpful in assisting my friend and me in choosing some gummies. We all had a great conversation for about 20 minutes. One of the best customer service experience I've had in awhile. They were honest, informative and kind. Thank you Kat's and Mia!!!

Whoever is in charge of the accuracy of the website shouldn't be anymore. They never have what the website says. That said, the staff are always friendly when they say "sorry we don't have that in stock".

I have been coming to this location since it opened and have always had great customer service until tonight (November 1st 9pm). The guy behind the counter had the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced here. He barely acknowledged my presence and was very sarcastic when I asked for my mall discount which I have always had at this location. Extremely rude for no reason.
