I've been a customer since its opening and have always had positive experiences, until my visit today. The new staff displayed a lack of both customer service skills and system knowledge who tried to make me a liar by saying what I was saying was not true. Only the manager's intervention revealed an entry error against my account. Disappointed for the first time.

Completely dishonest staff here. Was buying for someone else and showed the picture with the price for 4g of prerolls. Dude gave me 1g for the price of 4g. They'll be friendly to you, but all conmen are. Sad to see that you can't trust a weed business. Totally "not chill, bro."

Hazel & Shaqueel are very nice. Tokyo Smoke has some of the nicest most sober looking employees who have detailed knowledge of each product and strain, that I've ever see. I'm autistic and they are very kind and patient with me. This store is wheelchair accessible and has lots of room inside. I'll always pick up my Redecan 30 oil but ask Shaqueel or Hazel for a recommendation and they always give me wins. Like this Sativa flower in the picture I can't wait to try it. Steve is awesome too he turned me on to the diamond distillate pre rolls. All around I'll always return to THIS location because of the customer service and the friendly employees.
