You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!

Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.

Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!

After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).

Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Improvement needed like other businesses, this comment is straight to the owner not to the supervisor or the manager (OWNER) Please read the reviews i came to leave one then i read all the reviews and most of them went through the same issue i was, i came to this location everyday after this i will change my direction and i will go somewhere els, bro people pay extra they don't want discount they want respect, when there's no respect same like as i m going to leave this location other people will leave as well and there will be no one anymore knocking the door and you don't have to ask me what happened you can read all the reviews.

Manager is a joke. Wouldn't refund weed that was 2 years old and had mildew all over it, sold to me the day before. Even my weed guy has more integrity than that. I was sold a vape pen that contains some sort of weird chemical. When I brought it back to return the next day. Again the manager said it was somehow my fault. Employees gaslight you in to buying anything. But if there's a problem they feed you b.s.

Horrible experience for the last 20 days they never have stock is all they said. I was a proper customer and I just gave up and actually was nit able to buy any indica half quarter. That's messed don't come just to be disappointment. If I could give this place a -10 star I would. Ever since the change at this location went way downhill.

Horrible service, I came in today and explained to the girl manager (thin girl that always wears a hat) that I lost my id but I have a photo of both the front and back until a new card comes in. She immediately says sorry no I can't serve you without giving me any options as I told her I lost my id so what can I show you instead? She proceeds to tell me that she won't be paying a10 000 fine for me and that she's sorry she doesn't have that money ? Like huh ??? Is that a professional response ? Without even providing information on what I'm supposed to do if I don't have any ID because people loose wallets all the time? I said that's so dumb and well are you sorry you didn't even help (as I walked away because I couldn't believe that was her response) she then proceed to yell (and please check the cameras) well I need a job and I say ya looks like it. And I left. TERRIBLE service, if this is who you have as front line management I would highly reconsider, I watched as she only checked certain ids and not others, the store has a lock door policy and a "supposed" line up area to check ids yet no one stand there to check they just let you in and pick and choose who's ID to check. Never coming back and will be telling all my friends in the area to not go back either.

The service was terrible, and the staff's behavior was incredibly rude. I'm speechless at how awful it was. This cannabis shop is without a doubt the worst I've ever experienced.
