FEEDBACK FOR FRONT STREET LOCATION:
1) the website hasn't worked since september, it will let you purchase product that's not in stock, as well as NOT show product that is in stock it's useless, and when you try to call the store to verify they don't ever answer
2) the lack of attention to ordering 1 gram needs to be addressed. have some variety for customers, it's been the same rotation of sunday strudel, organic sour cookies and, cold creek kush for 9 months now
3) say hello/good morning to the customer before you demand ID- it's called customer service, if i'm saying hello to you, and you see me reaching in my wallet, i'm obviously grabbing my ID so don't ask twice just say hello back, and wait for me to stop digging in my wallet for my ID before you bark at customers for their ID
4) go visit the other dispensaries on the same block, notice their atmosphere is welcoming and fun? take tips from your competitors: play some music in the store it's creepy how you can hear a pin drop and do something about the fluorescent doctor's office lights it's too bright in the store it's not helpful for shopping because the customer doesn't know where to look it's a mess in there with product all over.
FEEDBACK FOR CUSTOMERS: spend $2-3 more and either go to red rocks or civilian dispensary both on the same block— better selection, and they have return/exchange policies if your product isn't up to standard where as canna cabanas product are often and flawed, expired or pre-ro ..
