the guy that works at this place is awful man, he is rude and u feel a type of negative energy in this store cus of him why are you rolling your eyes at me & (cus of the way i wanted to pay) being rude. im all bubbly and kind just to have this man put me down for no reason, why are u being so rude? when someone is tryna be nice to you.. i dont even wanna go back to this place anymore cus of how this man aka boy made me feel, even my friend on the phone was asking. whats his problem? what type of worker is that.. to make someone feel like that is crazy. if u dont LIKE UR JOB LEAVE! dont make people feel awful cus ur negative

Went in at about 4pm. Locked door, sign says the worker is at lunch and will be back at 4:30....went to the pizza shop next door, worker was there buying pizza, on the walk back I saw him go back to his shop and asked if I could quickly get in and buy a pack of paper. Guy stares me down like I just insulted him but reluctantly let me in without saying a word. I work as a retail manager and there's no way I'd ever lock the store for 30 minutes for lunch. You close for 5 minutes and eat with the store unlocked. You can interrupt your lunch for 30 seconds to check out a customer. Guy didn't say a single word to me through the whole interaction, just stared daggers through me. Won't be going there again as there are 10+ smoke shops within 2 blocks with workers that are actually friendly.

Went in to pick up some seeds from this store, and ask the seller what kinda taxes I was paying on these seeds and because he didn't know, and i wanted to. His demeanour change. I'm spending my money at your store. And I can't ask a simple question. Educated yourself on Ontario taxes.....
