There is an employee with severe mental issues who likes to create countless anonymous accounts on Grindr to harass me. Not sure if this is a smith falls thing but I feel that psych evaluation is needed when employing new candidates for positions

Coolest tour ever! Please DO stop by and educate yourself. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they have an awesome mini museum and the free tours run every 15min. Plus, the store has the prettiest souvenirs ever! A dream come true 💕

Not impressed with this company. I contacted them about a clearly not full vape and was given the whole run around. You would think a company would simply give a refund or a replacement but I guess they would prefer to lose customers over $27. The employees do not always fill them full which I know from an inside source. Please support valens company is Toronto as they went above and beyond for me when I received a broken vape. Ps. The employees are not treated nicely here. I know this from friends and reading reviews from former employees on many job search websites. I am very local so this was just beyond dissapointing.

Quality of products are great but you need to address this issue. Absolutely no excuse as to why it is .5 off.. thats 5 dollars I'm out and it isn't the first time. Whether the issue is moisture control or the packing fix it. I expect to be shorted from the back ally supplier not a company expecting positive growth. Do better.
