They have a good selection but as a whole, the company needs to come up with a loyalty program. Literally every other store has something like such to thank the loyal customers and to bring them back. Select cannabis, fire n flower, even uncle Sam's and uncle Sam's is lame.
I only go to crown when I don't feel like taking the trip to select and I tend to buy more at select because of point collecting and getting up to 10% off. I know it's not a lot but it's still something to keep bringing me back.
I really hope crown will do this. Perhaps call the points "crowns" and after say 500 crowns, u get 5 % off. 800 crowns for 10% off purchase. Something simple will keep everyone happier for customers and business.
All that being said however, the staff members are great at Crown Cannabis at all locations.
Bossman here is amazing so are all the staff!!!. very knowledgeable super friendly and polite. I always leave laughing or smiling. It's the only shop I'll go to :)
I am a regular customer at this location. I can always get what I am looking l. The staff and owner are very nice people. He always makes sure he has what he knows I always want. His prices are good and l recommend this location. I have been to so many stores around this city and after finding this place I dont shop anywhere else. Thanks for always being there.
Your customer service is terrible. The proprietor is indifferent and unfriendly. Rule number one in a bussiness with return customers is build relationships. Be friendly, ask returning cusromers their names be informed about your product. My girl friend came into your shop and was treated poorly and given bad product advice. I will not return until i feel like your company is not just milking our community for money but instead your store gets the canabis culture and is a posive addition to our nieghborhood. DO BETTER!
