I placed an order, they took my money, and then called me an said deliveries were closed for the day, and that this information is in the fine print on the website. When I asked for a refund, they said it would take 5 days. I went and checked the fine print, I'm great at searching through websites, I couldn't find any fine print. So the employee lied to me, and the store sneakily took my money even though it couldn't fulfill the order. You need to notify customers when you can't fulfill orders so their money isn't trapped, I could've walked to another store if I had known deliveries were closed, now I can't because you've stolen my money. Message to the employee: don't lie when it's easy to read the entire website to look for fine print, and don't call people "my guy," it's stupid.

I used to frequent this place 10+ years ago and it was wonderful. I was in the area today so I decided to stop in and there has been such a steep decline. The products I purchased (Cannabis) were well over 8 months old, I buy the same products from other places around town and this brand (Cuban Linx by Tribal) is always fresh. Rainbows was dry and crusty for $189. For comparison this exact same product I can purchase at One plant for $141 and the nugs aren't turning to dust in my hands. The service, the guy was in the back talking to the other worker, and when he did come out he kept calling me hun over and over again. Not everyone likes to be called weird pet names. I am one of those people. I'll stick to One Plant going forward. I try so hard to support locally owned businesses but the Local Cannabis stores in this town are abysmal.
