Used to be a good review... however after just stopping in about 20 minutes ago, the staff didn't even know how edibles work. Incredibly dissappointing to have to explain that more candies doesn't equal more thc. Your staff should really be able to understand the packaging. Will not be back.

When I came back for an unexpected planned visit? I thought my screen would have lasted until I got back to Saskatchewan. But it didn't they were able to help me out well. They knew exactly the screen size. I needed screens for my pipe just by looking at the picture. Excellent customer service. The girl who helped me out was excited that she had a customer from Saskatchewan.

They sold us a cracked nail which didn't even fit properly at gauge. Went back 20 mins later to exchange it (unused) and was met with hostility by one of the staff who had sold it to us, saying we should have opened the box and checked it before purchase, and it was our fault for not noticing. The other employee tried their best to be helpful but in the end there was no refund or exchange given. I understand there is not a refund policy, but seeing it was within 20 minutes from purchase and a clear manufacturer error this seems unreasonable to not allow an exchange. I would not recommend shopping here, especially for glassware. I am out $30 but it could have been much more.
