I always have a pleasant experience at this location. The prices are very reasonable, the selection is great, but most of all the customer service is excellent. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful, but Jen always provides a customer service experience that is above and beyond. She is always smiling, personable and kind. Will continue to return!

Visited the store for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the entire experience! It was busy, with only one employee working due to a call in, but she was handling it like a pro. Her name was Darian, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable, and probably deserves a raise. Will definitely be back!

Worked for this store for about 5 months. I can confidently say it was the worst job I've worked. The management is AWFUL and doesn't listen to their staff, almost every schedule that came out interfered with my coworker's availabilities. They do nothing to actually fix issues or strive for better efficiency. A weed store should be fun and inviting with people who know what they're talking about. Not a place where both customers and employees have to check the parking lot to see if their preferred worker is in. There are customers here that will refuse to shop if they see a certain car out front. The "staff picks" section isn't actually staff picks either, many of those items are there because the corporation told them to put them there. Don't shop here. Or apply. The College St closed for a reason.
