Manny is the right person for this store, the best in this last year I've been coming. Was very disappointed by the previous woman manager who was never on the floor and when she was it was always some sort of issue, haven't seen her in the last month so I can assume the stores now headed in the right direction. Saw Manny again the other day and he was instructing newer employees, glad to see upper management has recognized this young man's skills to move him up!

Went in the today, bought something but wanted to reverse the transaction and use a different card. One of the staff says to me: We are not from this location, you need someone from this location to override the transaction. I look at her and say: I am not sure what you are saying to me, you are standing right in front of me in this location. She answers: No we are from a different location, you need a manager from this location to override the transaction. Maybe you can come back tomorrow. How about no. Will not be back.
