I am writing this review specifically for Jeff, who usually brings my deliveries. He has a wonderful character and is genuinely friendly. Jeff makes every delivery a pleasant experience with his positive attitude and respectful demeanor. Truly a professional and a great person to interact with. It's always a pleasure to see him at the door.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Kyle. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable, which isn't always the case in cannabis stores. They were incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, whether it was flower, pre-rolls, edibles, or concentrates and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for instead of just rushing me along.
They're so friendly and welcoming, plus they have the best prices. Excellent knowledge of the products, awesome return policy, and they're dog friendly!
This used to be my go to dispensary but I no longer shop here due to their delivery policy changes. I was finding some of their female staff to be rude anyway, so I don't mind shopping elsewhere. Now I go to the nearby BC store which has way better pricing and friendlier employees.
