I came in this morning to buy a cartridge for my pen. Went home and realized the cart was leaking everywhere inside the package upon opening it for the first time. I called the store immediately and was told I could come in for an exchange or refund as long as I brought the receipt, and that they would make a note for me on the purchase regarding the refund/exchange request.
Went back later in the evening, and had one of your south asian employees (I believe his name is Brandon) helping me. I explained to him that I had been there earlier in the day to buy the cart, and that I had called in, and was hoping to get it exchanged as it was defective and leaking. Handed him the receipt and the package and he asked me to take the cart out to show him that it was leaking (even though I had already opened it to show him, and you can clearly see that it was leaking inside the package).
I told him that I would prefer not to take it out, as the residue is extremely sticky and hard to wash off, and he replied "well I don't wanna touch that".
I ended up taking it out for him, and he picks up the cart anyways to look at it?….
Then proceeds to ask me what time I was here this morning, even though the receipt he was holding clearly stated the date and time I purchased it.
After finally getting my exchange, I told him I was going to open this one in store just to make sure that it wasn't leaking either, to which he replied "well I can't do anything if it is".
