I've been to this store about five times now, and every single visit has been a great experience. The staff are always super friendly, patient, and helpful. I've always walked out with high-quality products — not only the well-known brands but also some unique finds I haven't seen in other stores.
They have a small team, but every person I've dealt with has been awesome. I've trusted their recommendations, and they've always nailed it. Once I even brought in a vape that stopped working, and they exchanged it for a new one without any hassle.

Hey! My wife and I were visiting from Calgary, and I couldn't find a CC here, but! We came across LCC (Lake Country Cannabis) and walked in. We were greeted by the owner and operator, a very friendly man who was incredibly helpful as I picked a vape cartridge and we got some CBD oil for my mother in law. A couple kickers: the prices are terrific; they are completely comparable to where I work in the industry. (Clues above.) Second, the store is beautiful and very welcoming. This will be the only place I shop when I'm in the area. A real gem.

Amazing products, long term staff that get a livable wage and they dont sell missing or faulty products like spiritleaf kelowna. They're also kind, helpful, friendly especially the owner and cheap unlike spiritleaf kelowna.
No wet bags of weed or miss products and they accept returns unlike spiritleaf kelowna.
P.s. they also dont write their own positive reviews of their company or blame the customers for the dispensary mistakes like spiritleaf kelowna does.
