One of the first Port Moody medicinal dispensaries, I have been a customer from the first days. I enjoy the clean organized store and always get friendly service from the staff. Free parking lot, handicap parking and access.

Budtender was nice/upbeat & I requested a cartridge that wouldn't leak. Sure enough two weeks later it leaked out the mouthpiece into my pant pocket. Ruining the pants. The next day I called to request a replacement but it was one day after the two week timeline to return. I kept the packaging & receipt. The advice I was given was to keep them standing upright at all times. That is unreasonable to expect cartridges to stay upright all the time. Sometimes they leak I get it. But that is a manufacturing defect the company & production facility should stand behind their product. In the future I will not be supporting Kiara dispensary or Glacial Gold.

Big fan of Kiaro Port Moody. Staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Kiaro seems like a good company to work for and I like to support businesses like that. Pricing is competitive with sale pricing sometimes cheaper than government stores. The few times I've had warranty issues with carts, staff have made getting a replacement a really easy process as well. Highly recommend!
